This is not a fully body or relaxation massage; focus will only be on areas of pain, stiffness, or decreased range of motion. Treatment styles vary from remaining clothed, being seated, the use of cups, fascial work, moving against resistance to passive techniques. The goal is to get dysfunction and pain under control, increasing the time between sessions and decreasing the session duration as more benchmarks are met.
